What does the role entail?As an optician at Synsam, you are the heart of our business. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level.

You will be part of a dedicated team with the Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors – together you inspire our customers to successful purchases and make their experience with us something to remember.We are looking for an optician who: Values meeting people and building strong and long-lasting customer relationships. Is attentive to the customer's needs and has a pronounced quality awareness. Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers. Is responsible and solution-oriented. Holds an optician license – with or without a DO/master's degree.
